Centrally located within the famous CASA DE CAMPO resort, with 4 world class golf courses, the Ingenio villa enjoys an exceptional location!
Unobstructed views over the Country Club golf course from the famous architect Pete Dye, situated in the most beautiful and quiet avenue of the resort.
At the same time you are steps away from the private beach, marina and all of the resort's major amenities.
Casa de Campo is once again elected by the WORLD TRAVEL AWARDS as the "WORLD's LEADING GOLF RESORT". You are too lazy to walk? Your two private golf carts will bring you quickly to all attractions of the resort. Your villa is surrounded by a tropical garden and two green zones which accentuate the tranquility of your stay.
Your private pool measures 12m long x 5m wide. An expansive covered terrace with view over the golf and a jacuzzi will motivate you to spend many hours outside.
A snooker table will complete your pleasure.The villa is superb and recently constructed. The living room (80m2) has a very high ceiling and luxury furniture. The villa is constructed around a charming inside patio with water fountains and green plants.
All 5 spacious bedrooms come out on this patio and are equipped with full air conditioning, big ceiling fans and cable/satellite TV.
The ensuite shower room of the master suite is expansive and has a private outdoor jacuzzi. The gourmet kitchen allows our staff to prepare you delicious Dominican specialties.
Casa de Campo charges a mandatory $20 per person, per day resort fee for all guests staying at the villa.

HISTORY
In 1492 the Genovese explorer Christopher Columbus reached the island and named it Hispaniola.
In 1863 the war of restoration led by Gregorio Luperon re-established the country's independence.
In 1966 the actual democratic system was established with the celebration of presidential elections every 4 years.The current President until 2012 is Dr.Leonel Fernandez Reina.
ECONOMY
The economy of the Dominican Republic is based on four essential sources: agriculture, mining,tourism and duty free industrial zones.The country has become the number one tourist destination in the Caribbean with 4 million tourists every year.
Main exports are sugar, coffee,tobacco, cocoa, cigarettes, nickel and bananas. The tropical climate allows to export fruits and vegetables.
GEOGRAPHY
Located in the heart of the Caribbean between Cuba and Puerto Rico the Dominican Republic has a surface almost equal to Switzerland.It has a population of 9 million people from which 16% white,11% black and 73% mixed.3 million people are living in the Capital Santo Domingo.
The Dominican Republic has the highest mountains of the Caribbean with the Pic Duarte of more than 3000m.This explains the unbelievable variety of nature,landscape and micro-climates. Tropical rain forests, mountains, lakes, rivers, white sand beaches with coconut trees, dry steppes, deserts, sand dunes etc. More than 20% of the country has been declared National Park and no construction is allowed at all. The bay of SAMANA, situated in the North-East of the country is UNESCO protected because from January 15th to March 15th every year, it is visited by up to 2000 humpback whales which come to the region especially to give birth to their young.They remain in the bay's calm waters where they nurture the cubs until they can survive in the open seas.
CLIMATE
The balmy climate with its ever-present trade winds and the warm temperature of the tropical Caribbean Sea combine to provide this part of the island with year-round, delightful weather with only a few degrees difference between winter and summer.
